Mindfulness was one of my first module classes of the year. It comprised of the group doing meditation in the form of drawing to try and relax and control our breathing. On other occasions we would go out to the geodome, look up at the clouds and listen to the sounds that surrounded us. I had mixed feelings about mindfulness because I suffer from insomnia so to get to regenerate energy in the middle of the day was lovely. On the contrary I do find it difficult to concentrate on Mindfulness in the middle of the day when there is plenty of other things that needed doing.
